I’m having trouble with my email. What should I do?

If your email is hosted with us, submit a support ticket with details (e.g., error messages, affected addresses), and we’ll investigate.

If your email is hosted by a third party (e.g., Office365 or Gmail), we can take requests, but our ability to resolve issues may be limited. We recommend reaching out to your IT department or email provider for assistance.
