New platform—improvements coming soon!

My website is displaying a “Not Secure” warning in the browser. What should I do?

This warning occurs if your site’s SSL certificate is not installed or has expired.

  • Install SSL Certificate: If we manage your hosting, contact us, and we’ll install or renew the SSL certificate for you.
  • Check SSL Settings: Use a plugin like Really Simple SSL to configure HTTPS settings on your site.
  • Force HTTPS: Update your .htaccess file to force HTTPS across your site.

If you’re unsure how to proceed, submit a support request, and we’ll ensure your site is secure.
