My website says “Maintenance Mode” and I can’t log in. Why is this?

This message typically appears when updates are being applied to your website. We perform routine updates during our scheduled 1:00 AM (UK time) maintenance windows to minimize disruption.

However, if you see this message during the day, it may be due to a critical security update being applied to protect your website from vulnerabilities.

What to do:

  • Wait for 5 minutes, as updates should not take longer than this to complete.
  • Refresh your browser and check if the website is accessible again.
